Through close collaboration with management teams, KCA has developed comprehensive masterplans that support long-term strategic planning for facilities. These masterplans help racecourses manage phased updates, ensuring facilities meet evolving industry expectations.

With the release of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) new standards post-pandemic, KCA’s experience positioned them as lead designers for numerous Weighing Rooms across the UK including the delivery of the first such facility to meet these updated standards at Leicester Racecourse, achieving the project goals on time and within budget.
